A quick way to understand the difference: Foundation Setup gives you a structured Pinterest foundation and a keyword map to guide your content. Starter and Standard Management mean I handle the ongoing Pinterest work for you—up to 20 Pins with Starter or up to 30 Pins with Standard. Content Creation gives you ready-to-use Pinterest content while you manage the account yourself. Custom Management is available when your needs fall outside the standard packages.

Is keyword research included?

Yes. Keyword research is included as part of the Pinterest management process. I use relevant search terms to guide your monthly content, Pin titles, descriptions, and publishing decisions.

However, the Starter package does not include a separate keyword bank or keyword map as a client deliverable. If you want a standalone keyword research or keyword mapping document, that can be discussed separately.

What does "ongoing board organization" mean?

When I create and publish your new Pins, I place them on the most relevant existing boards on your account.

This keeps your new content organized without promising a complete board makeover every month.

New board creation and major board restructuring are not regular monthly deliverables. If your account needs this type of work, it can be discussed separately.

What if you don't have enough content for all 20 Pins?

You provide the content and URLs that you want to promote. When appropriate, I can create multiple Pins from the same piece of content using different angles, titles, or designs.

If there is still not enough usable content to create all 20 Pins, the unused Pin slots do not roll over to the next month.

This keeps the monthly service clear and prevents unused Pins from building up over time.

How do revisions work?

Each monthly Pin batch includes one round of reasonable revisions. You can review the batch and tell me what you would like changed.

A revision means adjusting an existing Pin, such as changing wording, an image, or a design detail. A request for a completely new Pin based on new content or a new idea is outside the revision round.

A Few Things Explained Simply

If you're new to Pinterest, these terms may be unfamiliar. Here's what they mean in the context of these services.

What is Pinterest SEO?

Pinterest SEO means helping your Pins appear when people search Pinterest for topics related to your business.

This includes researching relevant search terms and using them naturally in your Pinterest content, titles, descriptions and publishing decisions.

What is a keyword map?

A keyword map organizes relevant Pinterest keywords and connects them to specific boards, content topics, or areas of your Pinterest strategy.

The Foundation Setup includes a keyword map as a tangible deliverable. The monthly management and Content Creation packages use keyword research as part of the service but do not include a separate keyword map.

What is board organization?

Pinterest boards are where your Pins are organized by topic.

For management clients, I place new Pins on the most relevant existing boards as part of the publishing process.

What is a revision?

A revision is a reasonable change to an existing Pin after you review it. For example, you may ask to change wording, an image, or a design detail.

A revision does not mean creating a completely new Pin from new content or a new idea.

What content do I need to provide?

You provide the content you want to promote, such as blog posts, service pages, lead magnets, podcast episodes, videos, products, or other useful resources.

You also provide the URL for each piece of content so the Pins can direct people to the right page.

Each package has a specific number of Pins and a specific level of support. Work outside the package can be discussed separately.

You'll know what you're receiving.

Each service clearly identifies its main deliverables, including the Pinterest work, content, copy, files, research, or strategy materials included in that package.

Keyword research is not always a separate deliverable.

Keyword research is included in the Pinterest services where indicated. For monthly management and Content Creation, the research is used to guide the work rather than delivered as a separate keyword bank or map. The Foundation Setup includes a keyword map as a tangible deliverable.

You provide the content and URLs.

For monthly management and Content Creation, you provide the content you want to promote and the URLs that the Pins should link to. This may include blog posts, service pages, lead magnets, podcast episodes, videos, products, or other useful resources.

Your Pinterest account stays yours.

You remain the owner of your Pinterest account and business assets. Access is provided so the agreed Pinterest work can be completed.

We agree on the publishing direction before work begins.

For management services, I publish your Pins according to the agreed content and publishing direction. This gives us a clear plan instead of making publishing decisions from scratch every time.

Delivery timelines are agreed before work begins.

Each service has its own workflow. The exact delivery or publishing timeline is confirmed before work begins and depends on receiving the content, URLs, access, brand information, and feedback needed to complete the work.

One revision round is included.

Each Pin batch includes one round of reasonable revisions. Additional revision rounds, major changes, or completely new Pins based on new content can be discussed separately.

Content delays can affect the monthly Pin count.

Your monthly Pin service depends on receiving usable content and URLs. If content is provided late or there is not enough content to use, I will work with the material available. Unused Pin slots do not roll over to the next month.

Unused Pins do not roll over.

Monthly Pin packages are based on the work planned for that month. If there is not enough usable content to complete the full Pin count, unused Pins are not added to the following month's workload.

Communication is kept simple.

Email is the main communication method. If another communication method is more suitable for the project, we can agree on that before work begins.

Monthly services are not a 3-month commitment.

Starter Pinterest Management, Standard Pinterest Management, and Pinterest Content Creation are month-to-month services. There is no required 3-month minimum term. You can cancel with at least 30 days' notice. Work for the current paid month continues as agreed, and payments already made for that month are not refunded.

Results are not guaranteed.

Pinterest growth takes time and results can vary. No specific number of impressions, clicks, followers, traffic, or leads is promised.

Services outside the package are not automatically included.

Website work, blog writing, social media management, advertising, additional Pinterest accounts, major board restructuring, standalone keyword research, and other services are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

We'll clarify the workflow before work begins.

Before starting, we'll make sure we understand your content, brand, Pinterest account, publishing direction, and what you need from the selected service.
