Rai, Pinterest manager for coaches
About Pinterest Strategy Lab

Hi, I'm Rai. I bring structure to Pinterest marketing for coaches.

I plan how search visibility, Pin content and website destinations work together—so useful coaching content has a clearer path from discovery to the next relevant step.

How I got interested in Pinterest

I kept finding Pins that looked useful but led nowhere.

A beautiful image without a useful title, explanation or destination might catch attention, but it cannot help the person who clicked it.

I first used Pinterest casually. I saved ideas, clicked attractive images and sometimes landed on pages that did not answer the question the Pin had raised.

That made me curious about what happens behind a useful Pin: how the profile, boards, keywords, design, content and destination work together.

I began building Pinterest Strategy Lab as a place to test and document those connections using my own account and content. That hands-on work led me to focus on coaches, whose articles, resources and services often have more long-term value than a fast-moving social post can show.

The shift

I stopped treating Pinterest like a fast-moving social feed.

Pinterest made more sense when I started treating it as a search-and-discovery system.

Before

What should I post?

The focus was on creating Pins and keeping the account active.

Now

What should this Pin do?

I start with search intent, useful content and the next step the reader should be able to take.

How I work

I begin with the destination, not the design.

Before creating a graphic, I look at the audience problem, the page they should visit and the action that makes sense afterward. That gives the keywords, message and visual direction a clearer purpose.

Simple over complicated. The strategy should be clear enough to explain and practical enough to manage.
  • Strategy — Define the audience, business goal, content pathway and role Pinterest should play.
  • Search visibility — Align account topics and keywords with what the intended audience is looking for.
  • Content — Turn useful articles, resources and offers into focused Pin ideas and designs.
  • Review — Use performance data to identify gaps and decide what deserves improvement.
  • Communication — Keep approvals, expectations and practical next steps clear throughout the work.
What working together feels like

Clear direction without unnecessary complexity.

A professional Pinterest workflow should make the work easier to understand—not add another confusing system to your business.

01

Thoughtful preparation

I review the audience, content, destinations and goals before deciding what should be created or published.

02

Clear communication

I explain the reasoning, flag limitations and keep approvals and feedback connected to the agreed direction.

03

Practical boundaries

Scope, timelines, revisions and responsibilities are defined so both sides know what happens next.

What I believe

Calm strategy. Honest communication. Long-term thinking.

I would rather explain what the data can and cannot show than turn one strong result into a promise. My work is built around useful systems, thoughtful testing and clear communication.

Evidence before claims.
Evidence from my own account

The process is documented, not hidden behind the best number.

Pinterest Strategy Lab's case studies follow my own account through early growth, Pin-level changes, a publishing pause and recovery. They include context, limitations and what still needed work.
