Questions before hiring? Start here.
Clear answers about choosing a service, preparing to work together, realistic Pinterest timelines and the policies that protect both sides.
What are you wondering about?
Choose the section that best matches your question.
Which type of Pinterest support fits you?
Start with how much of the account you want to manage yourself.
What is the quickest way to choose a service?
Choose Foundation Setup if the account needs structure first. Choose Starter or Standard Management if you want me to create, schedule and publish for you. Choose Content Creation if you want ready-to-use Pins but will manage the account yourself.
Review the detailed service page for current pricing and exact inclusions.
What is the difference between Starter and Standard Management?
Both are done-for-you monthly management services with content planning, keyword research, Pin design, titles and descriptions, scheduling, publishing, board organization and analytics review.
The main difference is publishing volume: Starter includes up to 20 Pins per month, while Standard includes up to 30.
What if I want to manage Pinterest myself?
Foundation Setup can organize the account and give you a keyword map and publishing direction. Content Creation can then provide up to 15 Pins, titles, descriptions and editable Canva files each month. You remain responsible for scheduling, publishing and account management.
Do I need a website or blog before starting?
You need useful destinations for Pinterest visitors. These can include blog posts, service pages, lead magnets, podcast episodes, video resources or product pages. A traditional blog is helpful, but it is not the only possible content source.
Can you work with a new or existing Pinterest account?
Yes. A new account can be set up through Foundation Setup. An existing account can be reviewed for profile positioning, boards, content relevance and available analytics before the appropriate next step is recommended.
What happens after you choose support?
You will know what I need from you and what I handle.
What do I need to provide?
You provide information about your business, audience, services and goals; your brand assets; the content and URLs you want to promote; and the approvals or feedback needed for the agreed service.
Will I need to send my Pinterest password?
Do not send passwords or authentication codes through the website form or ordinary email. If account access is needed after onboarding, I will explain the appropriate access method and permissions separately.
Who creates, schedules and publishes the Pins?
With Starter or Standard Management, I create the Pins and handle scheduling and publishing. With Content Creation, I create the Pin graphics and copy, while you schedule, publish and manage the account. Foundation Setup does not include ongoing Pin creation.
Can I review the Pins and request changes?
Yes. One reasonable revision round is included for each Pin batch. A revision can change wording, an image or a design detail within the approved direction. A completely new Pin concept or new source content is additional work rather than a revision.
How will we communicate?
Email is the primary communication method unless another workflow is agreed before work begins. I normally reply within two business days. Planned approvals and reporting follow the workflow confirmed during onboarding.
What should you realistically expect?
Pinterest is evaluated through patterns and useful actions—not one isolated number.
How long does Pinterest take to show results?
There is no fixed timeline that applies to every account. Around three months is a useful first review point for early patterns, while some accounts may need longer depending on the niche, content, account history, search demand and goals.
Do I have to commit to three months?
No. Monthly services are month-to-month. Around three months is recommended when possible because it allows time to establish consistent publishing, collect early performance signals and make informed adjustments.
Can you guarantee traffic, clicks, followers or leads?
No. Pinterest performance is influenced by content, niche, search demand, competition, account history, website readiness and platform distribution. I provide the agreed work, review available data and communicate what the evidence does and does not show.
What happens if performance goes down?
I review publishing activity, Pin topics, creative patterns, destinations, boards and available analytics before deciding what to test or adjust. A decline is treated as a diagnostic signal, not proof that one isolated change caused the result.
What should you know before starting?
Clear boundaries keep the workflow predictable for both sides.
Can I cancel monthly Pinterest services?
Yes. Monthly services can be cancelled with at least 30 days' notice. Work for the current paid period continues as agreed, and cancellation applies to future service periods.
What happens if I provide content or feedback late?
Late content, URLs, access or approvals may change the production and publishing schedule. I work with the usable material available for that service period. Unused monthly Pin slots do not automatically roll over.
What happens to my Pins if we stop working together?
Pins already published to your account remain there. You retain your account and business assets. Editable Canva files are provided when they are specifically included in the selected package; other source files are not automatically included.
What is not included in the standard packages?
Unless separately agreed, standard packages do not include website development, full blog writing, other social media management, paid ads, additional Pinterest accounts, unlimited revisions, unlimited content, or work outside the stated package scope.
Not sure whether you need management yet?
You do not necessarily need ongoing management right away. The hiring guide can help you decide whether Pinterest support fits your current business foundation.
Still have a question that isn't here?
Send an inquiry and tell me what remains unclear. I will review the details before suggesting the next step.
No pressure. The first step is understanding whether the service fits your business.
